The Hopkins Center for the Arts depends on the expertise, skills, knowledge and time of volunteers. Volunteers help at single events or make a longer-term commitment by serving on the a committee or on the Board of Directors for the Friends of the Hopkins Center for the Arts.
Volunteer Opportunities
The following are some volunteer opportunities at the center:
- Committee Service
- Office Assistance
- Exhibition Installation Support (e.g. art take-in, labeling, hanging)
- Planning/Hosting Events
- Ushering at Concerts
- Working at special events
- Street Team (distributing marketing materials)
- Serving on the Friends Board of Directors
