Hopkins Center for the Arts is a regional destination for creative expression, visual arts, music, and engagement opportunities.
We strive to be a place that is welcoming to all, providing opportunities to experience the talents of national and international artists, while also supporting the work of local and emerging artists.
Our concert series offers an eclectic mix of award-winning musical talent. The visual arts exhibitions include artists’ work from around the world. We offer Artist Talks where you can learn more about the artists and their work while also engaging with others who have shared interests. The Twin Cities Artful Book Club is open to all who enjoy discussions about books with art-related themes.
Our partnership with Hopkins Schools provides community education classes at the Center.
We continue to expand our activities beyond the walls of the Center, with programs and events like ArtStreet, Art from the Attic, May Day Music on Main and off-site artist exhibitions. The Sunset Series, a free summer concert series, features local musicians on Thursday evenings in Hopkins Downtown Park.
Host your event at Hopkins Center for the Arts. There are many spaces available to rent that can accommodate the smallest of meetings on up to events utilizing our 700-plus seat theater.
And, consider becoming a member of the Friends of the Hopkins Center for the Arts. In addition to supporting the Center and all we do, membership provides added perks to you such as discounted tickets, inclusion in member exhibitions and free admission to Artist Talks.
Please take some time to learn more about us - we hope you will enjoy all we have to offer,
